The Law enhances effective regulations concerning responsibility for delinquencies at the securities market. The Law introduces amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Law "On the State Regulation of the Securities Market".
Thus, the Code is supplemented by Articles 1635 1639, 18827, 1893, 24416 that envisage administrative responsibility for:
- violation of the rights of equity owners and/or investors by an official person issuer;
- non-licensed activity at the stock market;
- disclosure or use of inside information;
- non-fulfillment of legal requirements of the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market;
- violation of the procedure of information disclosure at the stock market.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada if Ukraine by Reg. No.2614.
